@ LIARA - I am thrilled to hear you liked it so much! Indeed it was a transformational experience for me too, to be able to tap into that space and push the limits of the world of matter wider and wider out.

This book just proved to me too about the power of our minds and the connections we can have with the spiritual side.

Always a pleasure Liara :)

Evita, reading this book is a truly transformational experience. It reassures about and legitimizes visions and experiences that many people repress or hide out of fear. Ever since learning about it from your website, I have also invited others to read it and every one has been amazed and expanded by the perspectives. In gratitude for your sharing.

Hi Asithi,

Yes you guessed it as for Tom :)

As to your life decision, I always say look within at what will really be true and in harmony with your whole being. Most importantly don't be skewed one way or the other by society, other people, etc. I have found that decisions that are made based on others recommendations almost never work to our satisfaction. We have to own our own decisions and be accountable to ourselves as we are after all the creators of our own reality. While life can provide clues and hints through others - always reflect on what is your inner being really telling you.

I have one other small suggestion, perhaps you can try Lew's method of the pendulum. I have to confess I have tried it and it is one remarkable little tool...

Because right now I am waiting for a sign before making a decision in my life, I do not find your story "out there." But what a story! Let me guess, the commenter was Tom Parker? Because he almost always start every one of his comments along that line. :D

@ASITHI - Hi and yes as I mentioned there is. It may sound a little "out there" or just some coincidence to some, but I have learned enough in life to know that there are no coincidences.

So here it goes: I just came back from my winter vacation and was very perceptive to my inner being and spirit guides, as I just finished reading a book on channeling and was open to receive perhaps a name of my guardian angel/spiritual guide etc.

Well as I was approving a comment on my other site Evolving Wellness, one of the regular commentators who knows my name well, started with "Good post Asithi" and then continued commenting about the post he commented on. I thought that is odd, he knows my name well, why would he write that and what a unique name Asithi.

So someone else would have just dismissed it as a simple typo, but I knew there was more to it. So, never before having heard the name Asithi (your name), I googled it to see what would come up and I was drawn immediately to the 3rd entry down which was your profile on BC. I clicked on your site and there right in front on me was your write up about this book.

I read it and was immediately drawn to this book, I just knew I was meant to find it and read it. So I bought it and the rest is history as written above.

@HENIE - Thank you so much and nice to meet you too! I look forward to getting to know more about you and your site too :)

Hi Evita,

I am glad that you find this book a great read. Actually I am interested in how you came about reading this book. I know we discussed it briefly on the comments in my blog, but from your post, it sounds like there might be a bigger story to it. I would like to hear it if you are willing to share it.

@LIARA - Thank you for your input Liara. There is indeed a big lesson to be learned from looking at the idea of normal vs abnormal.

For me energy healing is as natural as needing to breathe in oxygen. People who dismiss this often do not recognize that at the essence we are energy and vibrational beings and that is the most natural way to heal ourselves.

This book definitely is now close to my heart as I start to expand my own abilities to manipulate energy and have a healing effect on self or others.

It is an area that I believe will become very acceptable even in our lifetime.
P.S. Thanks for the link.

@ JULIE - Yes, I think it was brave more so for Lew to practice so openly as he did back in his time, as during that time people were so much more closed minded and fearful and judgemental. I mean we still are in many respects but no way the way we were - and thank God!!!

So even though this is not yet accepted by mainstream society, it is a topic that continues to get more and more attention and as I said to Liara, in no way do I doubt that this will become even a "normal" way of healing in our time - we just know too much today to continue suppressing it.

@ LANCE - Most importantly Lance thank you so much for your honesty and openness. That is the first thing any being has to maintain - is being true to themselves.

As we learn new things, especially kind of "far out there" things, it is hard to accept them in many cases as society has conditioned us otherwise and usually very strongly. But that is what self-discovery is all about - no longer accepting the ideas of others...but looking within and asking what is true to the self. This is of course not an overnight process but an amazing, ongoing one that is often very surprisingly pleasant to the individual ;)

As always you are so welcome.

@EVELYN - Thanks and indeed it is amazing to seek and continue going deeper within. There is such a whole other, and so beautiful world there. and one in which our soul, spirit, being feels so good in - so at home.

@WENNY YAP - Yes, as I said previously, this book and what is in it really has an amazing energy for me. Let me know if you read it, in terms of how you liked it and your personal reflections.
