Hi, this is a great review! I am buying a pass for my mom for the 2011 conference! Can anyone tell me if the preferred seating is necessary? Thanks so much!

@ LIARA - Wow Liara that is an amazing way of putting it! I can never get enough of your eloquence - thank you dearly :)

@ JULIET - Hi Juliet - personally I have not been that intrigued about it (past life regression) in the past, aside from "for fun" to find out where I have been or who else, etc... Having done it, as I mentioned above I enjoyed it and would do it again, though I am not actively seeking it out.

We must ultimately remember though that who we are now is just as important as who we were, but who you were should not cloud this life or ever become more important. Some people take this a bit too far, in that, that is all they want to do and keeping living out of past lives. This of course can be seen as nothing more than running away from the present moment...

However, I heard it is very beneficial for people who are "struggling" with something in this present life. It could be something physical, like afraid of choking and then regressing and finding out that in your last life you died violently being choked. Apparently it heals people very successfully.

The second is from a spiritual perspective, some of us are "lucky" if I can say that, though I am sure there is a better word, and "know" why we are here, in terms of what lessons have we prepared for ourselves to learn "this" time.
Some however don't and this can turn into a life of struggle and turmoil. In such cases, past life regression has been shown to alleviate a lot of the "unease" and actually bring the person closer to their inner self to discover what this life time is all about, could be about, etc...

Thank you for asking, Juliet. I always enjoy how you stimulate my mind with great questions :)

Hi Evita

I'm curious to hear what you think the benefit of past life regression is?

Evita, embracing equality of teachers and pupils is a stage of progress to deeper self-acceptance of what is going on beneath conscious radar. Each experience you have is actually expanding what is discerned by your mental and psychological radar. You are slowly re-activating and expanding subtle sensitivities. In essence, you slowly close your external eyes to shift focus from physical sight to open inner sight.

Every human being is in the process of raising vibration and frequency in ways that shift how they understand concepts, sound, sensations and experiences that defy words or other description. It gets to where you hear voices and sounds below sounds audible to many people. You se what has always been right in front of you yet, for ages you disbelieved and somehow missed it. Energy also has a texture. As you expand the senses and tap into new ones, you attune to subtle perceptions and open intuitive senses. The learning curve never ends. Its truly amazing, life-transforming, leaves one completely speechless...

@ AVATAR - Wonderful and wise words Avatar - thank you for your input and addition :)

I heard an awesome quote that goes perfect with what you say "I would rather have the whole world against me, than my own soul."

I will do a review of the movie "Ambition to Meaning sometime in May"

@ LIARA - Thank you so much Liara for your kind feedback!

I love the wisdom you have included here. Indeed, not one teacher is better than the other, and not one is true if they ask you to think like they think. Simple provide wisdom and let the soul of others decipher it how they choose.

Evita, your generosity with this series of posts encourages readers to explore sources of their own curiosities. The teachers you mention are familiar due to books and energy vibrations. Each perceived teacher reminds you that all guides effectively bring you back to what you already sense within yourself. The more you read or listen authentically, the more you readily discard misplaced beliefs and misunerstandings about yourself. That is the point.

As Khalil Gibran put it, "The teacher who is indeed wise does not bid you to enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind."

I was not in Toronto or else I would have tried to go for this conference since Wayne Dyer's will be speaking. I'm myself is still practising self-actualizing. It's better to follow own heart rather the other people if we want to succeed. Thanks for writing these 2 post after the conference. I didn't know about the movie Ambition To Meaning, so I might check out that one soon. :)

@ BREEZE - You are so welcome and I am glad you were able to get some benefit from reading about the day session, I know many people were only there for certain lectures only.

And thank you for doing such a great write-up on Dan Caro, he is a living example of how far a human being can go against all odds and I think that gives us all something to think about and learn from.

Take care and thanks for visiting :)

@ EVELYN - Hi Evelyn, so far Hay House does them only in the US, mostly the south (Florida and California), perhaps one day you can go to the one in San Diego and make a beautiful vacation out of it - that one would definitely be the closest to you. And they do one in Canada in Toronto and I feel so blessed that I live in this area to easily attend, but there were so many people at this conference from the US and much further parts of Canada too, which showed me how much value people give to these events that they are willing to travel quite big distances. Of course not everyone is able to do this as costs can be a limiting factor - but as Wayne Dyer says, if you want something seriously - then no excuses, where there is a will there is always a way.

Yeah, the past life regression was pretty awesome and I remembered when you wrote about your trip with your daughters and how you remembered a past life with them, ever since then I thought that is so neat that more and more people are tapping into that space of sacred memories past.

Again, very welcome and I think you will really enjoy too what Gregg Braden had to say, I might not be able to get around to this write-up until this Friday though :(

Oh gosh....I want to go to a "I CAN DO IT" conference!! Your reviews are excellent, because they provided so much details. I was most interested in Dr Brian Weiss's presentation and came back to visit your site to read about it.

It is so amazing that he has the ability to do mass past life regression. It must be awesome and transformational for some of the attendees! I'm not surprised that you and Markus shared many lifetimes together. I shared many of mine with my husband.

Wayne Dyer sounds awesome too! I know I'd be inspired with a presentation like his.

Thank you so much for doing these great reviews. I'm looking forward to more!
