@Mimi – Coaching has been such an empowering thing for me, having someone to look at what it is that holds me back, and really give some wonderful feedback and direction. And the lady I’ve worked with has been such a wonderful soul, and someone with whom I’ve connected on a deep level, which has made this even more connecting for me.

@Jan – Jan, thanks so much for stopping over here today. Harmony! What a wonderful word, thank you! And I’m really being pulled in by what you’re saying, and this whole idea of harmony – which to me, feels to in “in tune” with a deeper part of who I am. And that is very much a place I’m working toward on this journey I’m on in my life right now. Jan, thanks so so much for sharing your wisdom here today, and for the insight you’ve given me!

I love reading the “stories” of people’s lives and I am so glad to read yours. I now feel like I know the real you a little better. What I am hearing you say is that now, at this point in your life, you are dedicated to living in harmony. I love the word harmony more than balance, because balance, by its very nature, implies things always tipping one way or the other! Always striving to be even, which is near impossible (even stressful). I sense your deep desire to live — be– in harmony with yourself (body, mind and spirit) as well as with others. And it’s a place that comes especially in the quiet hours of the early morning. And thank you for your wonderfully kind words, I’m moved deeply by them. Thank you.
