A feeling of pure contentedness — what a grand thing! Smiling for no reason is one of my favorite things to do. Yesterday I was in a parking lot and looked up into the grayish sky and unexpectedly found a patch of blue which unleasehd a huge wave of gratitude throughout me as I smiled and mouthed, “Thank you” to Mother Earth.

Your heart is as big as the sun; thank you for your wonderful comment! That speaking/listening thing stops a lot of people and opens them up to a new facet of themselves. I’m always intrigued when I hear about how someone makes it work for them. And manifesting — YES! I’ve had times when I felt like I could manifest certain things in certain parts of my life, but not in others. That shifted for me last year, and it’s been a beautiful dance, allowing myself to get into rhythm with it.
I so appreciate all of your good comments every time you leave one, and once again, feel as though I’m being hugged by you. So on that note, a big hug back!

As always, great to learn more about you. As I read through your words I’m reminded of a few recent moments where for no reason whatsoever I found myself smiling, at ease and purely content with the moment. That struck me in your words “Simply content to be alive”. After years of struggle (much like you said, anger, frustration) I do truly feel content, and know deep down all will be “ok”.
